Hello,
I like this app and installed information technology on my shop. However, it is non working at all. On-site messaging does not announced on my product page or any other page. Information technology gave an mistake. I wrote to customer support via e-mail and the app messaging panel and waiting for the solution. I volition review my comment and requite five stars If the problem is solved presently. :) UPDATE. I have been contacted by Klarna customer service and told that the app is working properly inside the geolocation of my store and currency. Thanks.

I encounter that one of our Klarna support agents replied dorsum to you via your back up case #24328551 earlier today and that On-site messaging is displaying on your production pages currently (for customers geolocated to the land matching your store's base currency).

While I come across that Klarna's On-site messaging app is installed, I don't run across it active on your storefront yet. If y'all email our support squad at skosm@klarna.com, someone can review the configuration to help. I've requested collaborator access to your store now to help this process go quicker. Hopefully our team tin help get this working for y'all shortly!

Unfortunately my experience in installing this app mirrors that of other reviewers. I had installed information technology but there was a glitch. Luckily the team responded very quickly and helped me sort it out immediately. It looks dandy!
